"Customer service was just okay"
They did eventually get back to me, but it took a while and I had to follow up twice, which felt unnecessary. Not terrible, just a bit frustrating.

They have socks for basically every mood, which is exactly the problem for me. I found so many fun pairs right after I’d already stocked up somewhere else, so bad timing on my part. Still couldn’t resist grabbing a few.

I was expecting to have to return it, because sizing is usually a guessing game for me, but this fit exactly like the size chart said. I measured myself with a random tape measure from my junk drawer before ordering, and it actually worked out perfectly

I ordered a few pairs from sockdrawer.com and was actually really impressed with how soft they are. The material feels nicer than I expected, and they’ve been comfy both for lounging around the house and wearing with shoes during the day. One pair did feel a bit thinner than I thought it would, but it’s not a big deal and they’re still nice to wear. Overall I’m happy with them and I’d probably order again

I grabbed a few pairs because the designs looked kinda different from the usual plain boring socks. They’re just as fun in person, and I’ve already had a couple people ask where I got them. Super happy with these.

I’ve been wearing these for a bit now, and the first thing I noticed is how comfortable they are. They fit just right on my feet, not too tight, not loose, and they don’t slide around while I’m walking. That alone makes them way better than a lot of socks I’ve tried

I ordered a few pairs of socks and they got here faster than I thought they would. The tracking was easy to follow, and the package showed up in good shape, so no complaints there.

I’m giving 4 stars because it did arrive a day later than the first estimate, which feels like a preventable mix-up, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d still order from them again

I grabbed a few pairs as gifts, they were a hit. As the person who always ends up trying to find small, low-stress gifts for everyone, I really appreciated how easy it was to match the fun designs to each person’s personality. "Good socks, but shipping could be faster"
Overall, I’m happy with the socks. They’re comfortable, seem well made, and the website was really easy to use. My only complaint is that delivery took a bit longer than I expected. Compared to a few other places I’ve ordered from, the shipping was slower, but the quality is still solid enough that I’d probably buy again.

"They’re fine, but I feel like they used to be better"
I picked up a few pairs from sockdrawer.com because I’ve liked their stuff in the past, and the designs were still cute. They felt soft when I first put them on and the fit was good, not too tight or weirdly loose.
That said, after just a couple washes, one pair was already looking a little thin around the heel. It’s not like they fell apart, but for the price I was expecting them to hold up better. They’re okay socks, I just feel like the quality used to be a bit better, so I’m not sure I’d stock up again

I actually really liked the socks, the designs are cute and the quality seems solid. But the shipping cost kind of came out of nowhere and made my small order feel way more expensive than I expected. Not saying there’s a whole shipping-cost conspiracy going on, but it definitely felt like the total jumped right when I was already mentally committed to buying. Overall, not a bad shop at all, I just wish the shipping was cheaper or at least more obvious before checkout...

The colors and patterns were pretty much exactly like the photos, which made me feel like I got what I ordered. I mean, you never really know until it shows up, but this one was accurate so I’m happy with it.
